Titus Rich is the Director of Mediation at a Dispute Resolution Center in New York City. Mr. Rich's formal education includes training at Brooklyn College of the City University of New York, John Jay College of Criminal Justice and The United Christian College, where he earned a Doctorate in Theological Studies. In addition, he holds various Certifications in Divorce Mediation, Lemon Law Arbitration and Special Education Mediation and has trained some of New York's City's most accomplished mediators.

As the Director, he is responsible for managing the Center's operations and staff, as well as training the center's arbitrators and mediators, which includes a retired corporate general counsel, attorneys and a diverse group of business professionals. Moreover, he maintains a full mediation schedule in Small Claims Court. Under Mr. Rich's leadership, the Center has resolved more than 300 disputes while attaining an 80% mediation/settlement rate.
