Eunice Jordan graduated from Wesleyan University with Honors in History, and from Columbia University School of Law where she was a Charles Evans Hughes Fellow. After graduation, she worked at the law firm of Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger where she litigated all civil matters.

In an effort to refine her litigation expertise, she joined Bronx County as an Assistant District Attorney (ADA). As a Prosecutor in the appeals division she wrote and argued appeals before the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

After a six-year tenure as an ADA, she returned to private practice where she was associated with Lagan and Levy and Smith Campbell where she utilized ADR techniques to reduce pre-trial discovery costs. She is currently an associate at Van Lierop, Burns & Bassett, LLP where she practices litigation (commercial and entertainment matters).
